BM 30-40 Super

Open sided frame saw, particularly suited to the sawing of blocks into slabs of varying thicknesses. The machine is ideal for sawing medium to large blocks giving high production. Because of the large frame size it is able to produce thicker slabs.

This gangsaw structure is made up of high quality materials. Every single component has been specifically designed to resist the continuos mechanical stress to which it is submitted during sawing. Its particular construction and distinctive features allow easy loading and unloading of blocks even during its operation.

Each blade holder has 8 independent rollers, which ensure that it runs evenly up and down the slideways. The advantages are that each roller bears the same tension during sawing with the consequent longer life of the rollers and slideways.
