BM 70/80/100 Super 1000 Multi-Blade Gangsaw

This closed sided frame saw is designed to saw large blocks into thin slabs ideally suited for the production of paving and worktops. The machine is closed sided to give greater strength and stability due to the high number of blades incorporated in it.

The block is lifted up through the blades giving the connecting rods their most efficient working position.

The machine has two connecting rods, the advantages being:

• All the energy and mechanical thrust towards the blade holder is spread on two connecting rods and two cranks instead of just one.

• The two connecting rods which are attached to the extremes of the blade holder help the articulated guides to ensure that it’s movement remains perfectly rectilinear without any deviation. This is especially important when there are more blades on one side of the frame (the machine applies greater pressure where there are more blades), and when the blocks are of different heights (because initially more pressure would be applied to the higher block).

With the introduction of the 1000mm stroking machine, even more production can be achieved.
