The latest model of the Grizzly
Super gang saw presents a very important achievement in stone processing,
for which BM hold two exclusive patents. It revolutionises the traditional
cutting system and ensures a longer contact of the blades on the blocks,
because of the longer oscillating radius of the blade-holder frame, resulting
in a production increase of 30%, without needing to change the height
of the machine.
Moreover, it is possible to
automatically adjust the connecting rod in 20 successive positions, with
no need to stop the gang saw during sawing operation.
The great technological innovation
is represented by the fact that the blade-holder frame remains always
at the centre of the block and its descent is perfectly vertical.
All this increases the
gang saw performances considerably:
