Block Cutting Machine
"TBV 1200 M" - "TBV 1600 - M" - for marbles, slate, limestone and sandstone

This is a new generation of machine created from a synthesis of experience and constant
research in advanced technology. It offers high production levels, total cutting precision and greatly reduced maintenance. The machine is composed of an electric-welded and normalised steel support structure that totally absorbs all vibrations. The main beam, made of electric- welded and normalised steel, is totally reinforced to be able to support high pressure loads.
Carriage movement on the beam uses a device with recirculating balls in an oil bath with a double line of tangential contact. Disk lowering is achieved on all four columns by self- lubricating screws. The other movements take place on precision ground slides.
