Automatic Bridge Cutting and Polishing Machine

These unique machines combine two distinct machining processes that are generally performed by two different machines into a single integrated process: sawing and polishing of marble and granite. They are suited for processing plants which require sawn and polished workpieces but not at high output levels and for plants that produce custom products. A special pneumatic polishing spindle, integrated in the graphic terminal and with three programs available, makes it possible to have a variety of finishing processes applied to the surface of the workpiece. Cuts can be manually varied in inclinations from 0 to 45º. All controls and the "touch screen" graphic control and display terminal are placed on the mobile push-button board. This model also has a slab -support bench with double hydraulic lacking system.
