Semiautomatic Bridge
Cutting Machine
FSBV "700 - 450 M-G"
Semiautomatic Bridge Milling
Cutters are efficient and easy to use. Their technical features suit the
needs of small processing plants where automation is not indispensable.
Their sturdy structure consists of a main beam made of normalised electric
welded steel and support beams made of ground steel. Beam movement is
manually controlled with display of traversing dimensions. Movement is
on roller tables in an oil bath. Carriage traversing is done by sliding
on tempered and chrome-plated ground steel bars in an oil bath. Disk Lift-Lowering
movements are done using a geared motor on the carriage unit. The machine
permits manually variable inclined cuts ranging from 0º to 45º. All other
movements are electrical. Controls are on the electric board fastened
to the side of the main beam. The slab-support bench comes in a rotary
version with hydraulic locking every 45º.
