FORMACOLONNE CN88

It is the numerically controlled working centre of 3 controlled axes. Columns, balusters, vases, spheres, ovals, helicoidal and Doric columns in marble, all types of natural stone, granite, onyx and crystal are some kinds of working and material typologies that can be realized with our FORMACOLONNE CN88. The high speed and the movement axes precision are guaranteed by a brushless motorization linked with ball bearing screws. FORMACOLONNE CN88 is equipped with a hold disc head with a motor which is left to the customerOs choice, with one or two speeds, or in cc with varying speed. The head (tailstock and spindle) is actuated for each model, depending on the weight of the piece to be worked. The tailstock runs along stainless steel guides with brass strips; the block and the releasing of the tailstock is hydraulically operated with an automatic command. FORMACOLONNE CN88 is equipped with a centralized system for the lubrication of the moving parts. CNC programmation in ISO language or with CAM software simple to use.
