Filterpresses for marble or granite production are designed to run automatically without an operator and they take about 10-15 minutes to complete a full pressing cycle.
They consist of a fully heat galvanized top beamed structure and the filter plates are assembled only in the top central area. This system enables plate oscillation during the opening phase and allows for the discharge of the dehydrated panels without the use of mechanical beaters.
The sludge feeding is done by anti-abrasive centrifugal pumps specially designed to feed the filterpresses. The electronics are managed by PLC with a TOUCH SCREEN exterior terminal with the possibility of remote control access.
